Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your reason should be genuine (defected product, wrong product, and missing parts ), The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and we will issue a refund once we receive the returned item. We may ask for a proof of purchase (Order id, Invoices, Images/Videos of items).
Note : We also do not accept returns in case of Mind Change.
Defective/Damaged product eligible for return/replacement/refund :
- Severe spine damages, due to which pages are coming apart.
- In transit damages [corner bents/little dents/cover scratches does not come under this]
- More than 2 pages are misprinted.
- More than 2 pages are torn.
- More than 2 pages are missing.
- Smudge making the pages unreadable. There should be more than 2 pages like this to qualify for replacement.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellation Policy
Meaning – Cancellation Policy defines that who can / how to cancel the order.
Who Can Cancel – Customer can cancel the order before dispatching of the order or we (pdhoindia) can itself cancel the order if Product is found out of stock, any faulty, payment issues found etc.
Refunds On Cancellation – If cancelled order requires any refund to be given back to the customer, then the refund will be credited within 3-7 working days for Original Source depending upon the payment method.
Note 1 – Company(We) can cancel any order if items get out of stock, order found faulty, payment issues etc from our end without any prior notice to the concerned customer and customer cannot sue us for that.
Note 2 – We (Pdhoindia) have all the rights to cancel the order without any notice to the customer.
Note 3 – There will be no deduction of transaction charges.
Note 4 – Also , there will be no deduction in cases wherein the customer makes a double payment against a single order by mistake.
Note 5 – Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 30 days from the date of order placement.
